Cold Caller – Outbound Sales for UK/US Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our Lahore office and support UK and US campaigns. You will make outbound calls, introduce Global Easy Hire’s services and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Follow scripted call flows and adapt messaging to prospect needs.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system after each interaction.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead‑generation targets.
• Handle basic prospect inquiries and relay feedback to sales and operations.
• Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English with a clear, neutral accent.
• 1‑3+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to manage objections, stay persistent and build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working UK/US business hours in an on‑site environment.
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, documentation).
• High school diploma minimum; a degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Familiarity with call‑tracking or similar outbound‑sales tools.
