Cold Caller – Sales & Appointment Setter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to generate leads, book qualified appointments, handle objections, and help drive sales growth. The role is on‑site in Karachi and works the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM. The position offers comprehensive training on the sales process and tools, and provides a clear path for career advancement within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Cold calling and outreach through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Work with company‑provided and self‑generated leads.
• Research and identify new prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Communicate services and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
• Guide prospects toward the next step in the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous cold‑calling experience (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong conversational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections.
• Ability to persuade and move prospects toward a decision.
• Fast learner who can adapt to new products, scripts, and tools.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
