Cold Caller – Truck Dispatching (USA Campaign)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our truck dispatching team focused on the United States market. You will be the first point of contact for US‑based trucking companies, introducing our services and generating qualified leads for the dispatching department.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to trucking companies across the United States.
• Identify, qualify, and record leads for the dispatching team.
• Present our truck dispatching services in a professional manner.
• Schedule follow‑up calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of truck dispatching is an advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
