Cold Calling Agent – Healthcare Outbound Sales

About the role

We are a growing medical billing and revenue cycle management partnership seeking a motivated outbound caller to schedule qualified meetings with small and mid‑size healthcare practices across the United States. You will work from a pre‑verified list of leads, navigating front‑desk gatekeepers to connect with office or practice managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a provided list of US healthcare practices.
• Identify and speak with office managers or practice administrators responsible for vendor and billing decisions.
• Deliver a concise, non‑pushy opening pitch and qualify interest in reducing claim denials and improving billing turnaround.
• Book introductory calls or meetings directly onto the team’s calendar for qualified leads.
• Log every call outcome, contact name, and notes in a shared tracker, including follow‑up dates.
• Persistently follow up, recognizing that most bookings occur after multiple touches.
• Research and record contact emails or website information when phone outreach alone is insufficient.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience (healthcare, B2B services, or SaaS sales preferred).
• Clear, confident US‑friendly English accent capable of navigating gatekeepers.
• Self‑directed and organized, able to manage daily call lists and tracker updates.
• Willingness to work US business hours from Pakistan (evening/night shift).
• Bonus: familiarity with medical billing, RCM, or US healthcare office operations.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 50,000–70,000 per month, dependent on experience.
• Bonus of PKR 500–800 per booked appointment.
• Additional bonus of PKR 500–700 for appointments that are attended.
• Potential to lead a small calling team as the business scales.
