Senior Cold Caller for Digital Marketing Campaign

About the role

Decode Digital in Lahore is looking for an experienced Senior Cold Caller to promote its digital marketing, SEO, and e‑commerce services. You will work on‑site, making high‑volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects and scheduling demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Decode Digital’s services.
• Qualify leads for the sales and account management teams.
• Schedule follow‑up meetings and product demos.
• Manage call lists and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet call‑volume, lead‑generation and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach scripts.

Required profile

• Strong cold‑calling and telemarketing experience with high call volumes.
• Previous outbound sales, call‑center or B2B marketing experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Availability to work on‑site in Lahore during business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Knowledge of social media marketing.
