Cold Calling Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

A confident, fluent English-speaking Cold Caller is sought for an onsite position in DHA Phase VIII, Karachi, working nights from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role involves making outbound calls to international prospects, generating leads and supporting the sales team. Prior sales or cold-calling experience is a plus; strong English communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's services.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with international prospects.
• Generate leads, understand prospect requirements and build interest in the company's offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Work consistently toward daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet performance targets.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
