Commercial Lead – Women’s Health Clinic Network

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive growth, profitability and transformation for a modern women’s health clinic network in Karachi. You will shape commercial strategy, improve operational efficiency and support the expansion of a high‑impact healthcare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and business expansion across multiple clinic locations.
• Improve operational efficiency and manage budgets, forecasting and overall P&L performance.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Optimize pricing strategies and service offerings.
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance and marketing teams.
• Lead business transformation initiatives and support future expansion.
• Build, mentor and lead high‑performing commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, operations or business transformation.
• Proven track record of improving profitability, operational performance and business growth.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, wellness or other service‑based industries is an advantage.
