Commission-based Sales Development Representative

About the role

Code Dumpp AI is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to work remotely on a commission‑based, full‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping them discover how our AI‑driven workflow automation solutions can transform their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Build, maintain, and nurture a sales pipeline using outreach tools and techniques.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Represent Code Dumpp AI professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in AI, technology, or automation sales is a plus.
• Motivation to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
