Commission-Only Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A Squared, a full‑service creative studio, is expanding its business development network across Pakistan and beyond. The role is 100 % commission‑based, allowing you to work remotely and earn without a cap by bringing new clients to the studio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach brands, companies, and individuals that need creative services such as production, design, branding, web development, social media management, content strategy, or copywriting.
• Pitch A Squared’s offerings using provided decks, portfolio, and pricing, and close deals.
• Build and maintain your own pipeline and CRM, handling follow‑ups and negotiations.
• Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure smooth hand‑off of signed clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within agencies, marketing, corporate events, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Existing network in sectors such as food & beverage, corporate, documentary, events, or fashion is a plus.
• Comfortable pitching a broad range of services and working independently with minimal supervision.
