The role strengthens client relationships and coordinates clear, effective communication across the business. It is based in Rawalpindi and suits a confident, organized communicator who can handle several client conversations at once.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing business clients to understand their needs and explain relevant service offerings.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships through timely follow-up and consistent service.
• Coordinate with account management, listing, customer support and financial services teams to relay client requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare business correspondence, service updates, meeting notes and client presentations.
• Track inquiries, conversations and follow-up actions in company records or CRM tools.
• Identify ways to improve communication processes and support client retention and business growth.
• Share recurring client feedback with relevant teams and help resolve service concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written business communication, including clear professional correspondence.
• Client relationship management, active listening, needs discovery and effective follow-up.
• Ability to explain e-commerce services and coordinate client requirements with internal teams.
• Professional presentation, meeting coordination and preparation of proposals or service updates.
• Organization and attention to detail when managing inquiries, records and multiple priorities.
• Confident issue handling, problem-solving and tactful resolution of client concerns.
• Team collaboration, reliability and a service-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
