Business Development Manager - Healthcare IT (MIPS Consultation)

About the role

Interact Global is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for Healthcare IT and MIPS Consultation, based in Wapda Town Phase 1. The role involves managing international clients, developing new business opportunities, handling the full sales cycle and contributing to revenue growth. It is a night shift position (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM), Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in Healthcare IT and MIPS Consultation.
• Identify and approach potential healthcare clients in the US market.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and service demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HIT/MIPS solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines, follow-ups and CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and new opportunities in the US healthcare market.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT, MIPS, medical billing, RCM or US healthcare is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English; excellent negotiation, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable working on-site during the night shift.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare market is an advantage.
