Communication Officer (Partnership) – Temporary

About the role
UNICEF is seeking a Communication Officer (Partnership) to strengthen its collaborations with public and private partners in Pakistan. Working under the supervision of the Communication Specialist, you will help raise the visibility of UNICEF programmes and support resource mobilisation for children’s rights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership communication strategies to enhance donor and partner engagement.
- Coordinate media relations and produce content that showcases UNICEF’s impact.
- Support global priority campaigns and adapt them to the local context.
- Assist in resource mobilisation activities, including donor reporting and visibility planning.
- Provide capacity‑building support to partners and internal teams on communication best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication, public affairs, programme management or external relations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage partnership activities.
