Communications Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Trainer to join the ibex Learning Academy (ILA) team in Karachi. In this role you will empower job seekers by sharpening their communication skills, boosting confidence, and preparing them to excel in interviews and professional settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic training sessions and personalized coaching programs focused on communication, confidence, and professional presence.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group development workshops covering personality development and interview techniques.
• Assess individual strengths, identify improvement areas, and create customized development plans.
• Collaborate with hiring and recruitment teams to align training with industry trends and employer expectations.
• Motivate and mentor participants throughout their career journey, providing ongoing guidance and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident delivery.
• Genuine passion for career coaching, personal development, and mentoring.
• Previous training or coaching experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and potential are essential.
