Community and Experiences Coordinator

About the role

Chateau Luxe is looking for a creative, organized, and people‑oriented Community & Experiences Coordinator to build and nurture a vibrant community around our venue. You will design, promote, and execute a variety of events, membership programs, retreats, workshops, and women‑focused experiences that drive recurring revenue and strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow community membership programs, managing communications via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Plan and coordinate recurring events such as women’s pool club, wellness retreats, workshops, networking evenings, poetry and cultural nights, and seasonal gatherings.
• Coordinate vendors, facilitators, instructors, and speakers; handle registrations, attendee communication, and logistics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and memberships, and identify partnership opportunities with fitness instructors, wellness practitioners, universities, women’s organizations, and local businesses.
• Track event profitability, attendance, and participant retention; meet monthly attendance and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of registrations, feedback, and revenue; prepare monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, community engagement, marketing, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events require.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for community outreach.
