Company Driver

About the role

SwiftNine is hiring a reliable, professional and punctual driver to support its management team and daily office operations. The driver must drive safely, look after company vehicles well and treat passengers with courtesy and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport management, employees and guests to meetings, offices, airports and other destinations.
• Plan routes and departure times so arrivals are on time.
• Keep company vehicles clean, presentable and ready for use.
• Check fuel, tyres, oil and other basic vehicle requirements regularly.
• Coordinate scheduled servicing and report faults, damage or incidents promptly.
• Complete office errands, document deliveries and pickups, and keep accurate mileage, fuel, maintenance and expense records.
• Follow traffic rules, parking requirements and company driving procedures, and maintain confidentiality about passengers, conversations, schedules and company information.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience; experience driving for executives or companies is preferred.
• Strong record of safe and responsible driving.
• Punctuality, honesty, professional appearance and respectful communication.
• Availability for occasional airport transfers, intercity travel or schedule changes with prior coordination.

Required skills

• Confidence driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Good knowledge of local routes and ability to use Google Maps or other navigation tools.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
