About the role
The Compliance Officer will support the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring that all digital channels operate within the required regulatory standards. This role focuses on maintaining adherence to NBFC regulations, SECP circulars, and other relevant directives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for the compliance framework across digital projects.
- Ensure smooth operations of all digital channels by monitoring regulatory compliance.
- Interpret and apply NBFC regulations, constitutive documents, SECP circulars, and directives.
- Review and analyse NAV variations as part of compliance monitoring.
- Update policies and procedures to align with current standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate actively in compliance‑related tasks and initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and SECP circulars.
- Experience with compliance management in digital environments.
- Ability to review and interpret NAV variations.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on policy and procedure updates.
