Computer Systems Engineer

About the role

Synergy Computers (Pvt.) Ltd, a technology company offering software applications, IT infrastructures and systems integration services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Computer Systems Engineer in the Karachi Division. The engineer designs, configures and maintains computer systems and networks to support customer and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks and monitor system performance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Implement security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution deployment and systems integration projects
• Provide technical guidance and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and clients as needed to keep IT environments stable, secure and optimized

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with enterprise operating systems, virtualization platforms and networking technologies
• Ability to document configurations and procedures clearly and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in systems integration, customer-facing IT support or technology solution deployment is an advantage
