Construction Manager (Gray Structure)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead gray‑structure projects from start to completion. You will coordinate site activities, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and drive projects to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the construction of gray‑structure projects from initiation through hand‑over.
• Coordinate and supervise on‑site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, guaranteeing that milestones and deadlines are met.
• Lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and specialists, fostering effective collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Prepare and submit accurate project estimates, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections, promptly addressing issues or delays.
• Ensure efficient use and availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols, resolving any disruptions or unexpected challenges that arise.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of proven experience in construction management, specifically on gray‑structure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification or licensure in construction management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle unexpected challenges, and travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical capability to work on‑site in varying weather, stand for extended periods, and lift equipment or materials when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using construction management software.
