Construction Supervisor – South Punjab

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee building projects in South Punjab. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors; monitor and control their performance.
• Contribute construction data to strategic plans, implement production, quality, and customer‑service standards, and resolve operational issues.
• Track project expenditures, detect variances, and apply corrective actions to meet budget targets.
• Calculate resource needs, set standards, allocate staff and subcontractors, schedule work, and coordinate milestones.
• Implement project codes and standards, manage design changes, and process change orders.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment in line with legal regulations.
• Promote the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new tasks and identifying value‑adding opportunities.

Required profile

• DAE in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Intermediate level education.
• 3‑5 years of experience in building projects.
• Mid‑level career stage.
