Construction Supervisor – South Punjab

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead on‑site activities for civil building projects in South Punjab. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with standards, and drive project profitability while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors; monitor and control their performance.
• Contribute construction data to strategic plans, implement production, quality, and customer‑service standards, and resolve operational issues.
• Track project expenditures, detect budget variances, and apply corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Calculate resource needs, set standards, allocate staff and subcontractors, schedule work, and manage change orders.
• Apply relevant codes and standards as defined in project specifications.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment in line with legal regulations.
• Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new tasks and seeking value‑adding opportunities.

Required profile

• DAE – Civil or equivalent technical qualification.
• Intermediate education level.
• 3‑5 years of experience in building projects.
