Consultant Trainee Program – Class of 2027

About the role

HLC Consultants is launching a one‑year Consultant Trainee Program for the Class of 2027. Selected trainees will work directly with the founder and senior consultants on real client projects from day one, gaining hands‑on consulting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in delivering client solutions and analyses.
• Participate in research, data gathering, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Support project teams in day‑to‑day tasks and client communications.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and mentorship meetings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Motivation to learn consulting practices and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑6 pm).
