Content and Visual Lead

About the role

WireFluid is an all-in-one blockchain platform building a unified, developer-friendly ecosystem for next-generation dApps. It is looking for a Content and Visual Lead in Lahore, a full-time, non-remote role at the intersection of design, storytelling and crypto culture. The person will create visuals, content and creative concepts that keep the community informed, entertained and emotionally invested, brainstorming with the Marketing Manager and getting alignment and approvals before publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Create visuals (graphics, short videos, clips, carousels, memes) for X, Discord, Telegram, Farcaster and other platforms, and write short-form copy that is simple, clear and Web3-native.
• Turn complex topics such as new features, token mechanics and dApps into threads, explainers, infographics and reels/shorts, keeping visual consistency with the brand.
• Brainstorm campaigns and content ideas with the Marketing Manager, present concepts, drafts and storyboards for approval, and iterate quickly on feedback.
• Create entertaining formats such as memes, challenges, quizzes, lore, character arcs and recurring series, and support events like AMAs, Twitter Spaces, contests and quests.
• Monitor community sentiment and Web3/EVM trends, share insights with the Marketing Manager, manage content calendars and track views, engagement, shares, click-throughs and watch time.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, design or social media, ideally in Web3, crypto or tech.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for X, Discord/Telegram and at least one other platform.
• Good understanding of crypto/EVM culture, memes and online community behaviour.
• Clear, concise English with an ear for hooks and narratives.
• Comfortable working closely with a Marketing Manager and taking direction; organized and reliable with deadlines.

Required skills

• Visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite or Canva.
• Basic video editing.
