Content & Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Creative Designer to shape and manage the digital presence of our engineering consulting firm. You will develop the brand identity, produce high‑quality content and support the sales funnel with compelling visual and written communication.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand visual language, tone and messaging across website, LinkedIn and marketing assets.
• Create LinkedIn posts, website copy, case studies and translate technical concepts into client‑friendly messages.
• Oversee website structure, UX and content updates, collaborating with the Growth Lead to optimise pages for conversion.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, email templates and lead magnets.
• Manage the LinkedIn presence and maintain a consistent posting calendar.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, branding or digital marketing.
• Strong B2B writing skills and ability to craft conversion‑driven content.
• Proven experience designing LinkedIn content strategies.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design and brand development.

What we offer

• Salary PKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio).
