Specialist Corporate Communication

About the role

The Specialist Corporate Communication will design, implement and oversee both internal and external communication initiatives that align with the organisation's values and strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communication, the role works closely with internal teams, media partners and agencies to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with media outlets, PR agencies and key stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media advisories, corporate announcements and monitor media coverage.
• Create and roll out internal communication campaigns, newsletters, leadership messages and employee branding initiatives.
• Develop speeches, articles, thought‑leadership pieces and digital content for website, intranet and social media.
• Coordinate with PR and digital agencies to brief, monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences and CSR activities.
• Help manage crisis communication, monitor news/social channels and draft holding statements.
• Track communication KPIs, prepare reports and provide insights for management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to draft, edit and proofread high‑quality communication material.
