Content Director / Creative Lead

About the role

Lead the newly created in‑house content studio in Lahore, building the systems, visual identity and daily pipeline for two founders who are becoming top business and lifestyle voices in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the studio workflow: weekly shoot plan, content calendar, edit queue and approval process.
• Own creative direction and visual identity across both founders' channels, ensuring premium, cinematic consistency.
• Develop recurring formats such as series, documentary episodes, short‑form reels, podcasts and long‑form videos.
• Collaborate weekly with the founders to mine stories, create briefs, hooks and scripts.
• Lead the DOP, two editors and the social media manager, set quality standards and provide rapid feedback.
• Direct on‑set when needed and sign off every piece before publishing.
• Analyse weekly performance data and adjust the content plan accordingly.
• Assist in hiring additional studio talent (copywriter, designer, editors, second camera).

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in content creation with at least two years leading a creative or production team.
• Proven track record scaling a personal brand, founder‑led brand or creator channel with measurable results.
• Strong aesthetic sense; ability to explain why work looks premium.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, comfortable directing founders on camera.
• Comfortable using AI tools for scripting, repurposing and workflow acceleration.

• Short‑form video production (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Long‑form storytelling (YouTube, documentary).
• AI‑assisted content creation tools.
