Coordinator of Volunteers

About the role

Anovatus is looking for an on-site Coordinator of Volunteers in Mardan to organize and support volunteer teams that contribute to AI data projects. The role works closely with operations and project managers so that volunteer efforts support ongoing AI data services.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard volunteers, and schedule and assign their tasks
• Provide training on project guidelines, tools and quality standards
• Oversee day-to-day volunteer activities, monitor performance and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Facilitate clear communication between volunteers and project leads
• Organize community outreach initiatives to grow the volunteer network
• Maintain records of participation and impact

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability in volunteer management and volunteer training, including organizing, onboarding and supporting diverse teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage volunteers and work with internal stakeholders
• Experience with community outreach and relationship building to attract, retain and motivate volunteers
• Prior experience in coordination, nonprofit work, education or community programs is beneficial; familiarity with technology or AI projects is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Mardan with a proactive, inclusive approach to people from different cultures and communities
