Corporate & B2B Sales Trainee (MTO)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to drive corporate and B2B sales for a fast‑growing health‑tech platform. This on‑site role in Lahore offers hands‑on exposure to the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, warm up, and build relationships with corporate decision‑makers such as HR directors and procurement heads.
• Manage end‑to‑end B2B sales cycles: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal, pitch, negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
• Present oladoc’s solutions to senior clients and secure follow‑up meetings.
• Utilise Claude and other AI services to research prospects, personalize outreach, map objections, and debrief after each meeting.
• Maintain a clean pipeline, track metrics, and provide market intelligence to the team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to create a relationship or close a deal from scratch (proof required).
• Strong discipline in follow‑up, pipeline tracking, and post‑mortem analysis of lost deals.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior audiences, including CFOs.
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site in Lahore’s NASTP campus.
