Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an outstanding tax professional to deliver top‑quality client experiences and maintain the highest standard of care in tax services. The role involves overseeing UAE Corporate Tax compliance, providing advisory on complex tax matters, and managing a portfolio of client engagements across the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of UAE Corporate Tax returns, registrations, deregistrations and tax group formations, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines on EmaraTax.
• Provide clear, practical advice on UAE Corporate Tax, structuring, transfer pricing, double tax treaties and related VAT matters.
• Manage client engagements end‑to‑end, including budgeting, timelines, billing, and documentation to withstand FTA audit scrutiny.
• Identify tax risks, propose mitigation strategies and keep abreast of legislative changes.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals and contributing to thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a large multi‑jurisdictional accounting firm.
• Recognised professional tax or accounting qualification (ACA, CTA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Law.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and related legislation.
• Experience with tax accounting, transfer pricing, double tax treaty analysis and VAT coordination.
• Proficiency in using the EmaraTax filing system.
