Country Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Country Operations Coordinator will join APL Logistics in Karachi to support daily logistics and operational activities. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth coordination between internal teams, service providers, and customers while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates.
• Maintain accurate operational and administrative records.
• Assist with freight, customs, and warehousing documentation.
• Resolve service issues and respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports and update operational systems.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to uphold service quality and compliance.
• Support process improvement projects across country operations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Operations management experience in daily logistics coordination.
• Customer‑service orientation to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Administrative competence for record‑keeping and documentation.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
