Creative Lead

About the role

The Creative Lead will shape the visual identity and overall creative direction for the company’s real‑estate projects and marketing initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on experience across branding, digital campaigns, video production, and event design.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the visual identity and creative direction for the brand and its real‑estate developments.
• Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns, project launches, events, digital media and promotional activities.
• Lead, mentor and allocate work for Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Creators and other creative resources.
• Review and approve designs, videos, animations, social‑media creatives, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistent branding, design standards, tone and visual quality across all platforms.
• Oversee video shoots, photography, editing, post‑production and related production activities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital Media, Sales, Brand and Production teams.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting quality and deadline expectations.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and provide clear creative direction to the team.
• Monitor design, advertising, social‑media, video and real‑estate marketing trends.
• Work with external agencies, photographers, production houses, printers and vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership; real‑estate or property‑marketing experience preferred.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating branding, digital content and video production work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of video production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
