Creative Project Manager

About the role

RoleriVA Global is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across multiple digital platforms. You will coordinate with internal creative teams and clients to ensure high‑impact solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including graphic designers, video editors, motion designers, content writers and social media specialists.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, approvals and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and optimise workflows, resource allocation and project execution using project management tools.
• Ensure quality assurance, brand consistency and timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Track progress, KPIs and performance, and produce regular status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, documentation and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, IT or a related field.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• 3–5+ years of experience managing creative, branding or digital marketing projects.
• Proven leadership in managing cross‑functional creative teams.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
