Creative Script Writer

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring a full-time, on-site Creative Script Writer in Lahore. The role brings structure and direction to social media content by researching US B2B creators and building a clear content strategy and calendar for the creative team, rather than producing content randomly.

Key responsibilities

• Research US-based B2B companies, founders and content creators across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and other platforms
• Identify high-performing content formats, topics, hooks and visual styles for the target audience
• Shortlist reference content ideas and explain why they work (audience, messaging, format)
• Translate research into a clear, actionable content strategy aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar with defined themes and objectives
• Work with designers, motion artists and video editors so content matches the strategy
• Refine the strategy based on performance, trends and platform behaviour

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in script writing
• Strong understanding of US B2B audiences and business-focused content
• Ability to analyse trends and turn insights into usable content ideas
• Familiarity with B2B creators, SaaS brands and professional social media tone
• Clear communication skills, able to explain ideas to creative and non-creative teams
• Experience with content calendars and planning tools

The role is focused on research, direction and strategy, not on pure writing or posting. Working hours are 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, five days a week (Monday to Friday); there is one vacancy.
