Creative & Strategy Associate

About the role

The Creative & Strategy Associate owns the end-to-end content planning lifecycle, turning strategic objectives into compelling, trend-driven content delivered on time across all platforms. The position is full-time and based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, keeping a cohesive brand narrative and consistent messaging
• Research daily trends such as trending audio, formats, memes and cultural moments to spot real-time content opportunities
• Turn campaign objectives and strategies into clear, actionable creative briefs for design and video teams
• Act as traffic manager for creative assets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery, and coordinate with internal teams so assets meet platform requirements
• Run quality checks on assets against brand guidelines before publishing
• Manage publishing schedules so posts go live at optimal times, write and edit captions with SEO-informed keywords and hashtags, and keep planned content aligned with what is published

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, creative planning, content operations or account management
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform differences (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Excellent organization and time management, able to handle several projects at once
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
