About the role
Efay IT Solutions is hiring a Credentialing Specialist to join its office in Rawalpindi and support healthcare providers across the United States. The position is full-time and on-site, with a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and process healthcare provider credentials accurately and on time.
- Maintain updated provider records and documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Follow up on credentialing, re-credentialing and pending verifications.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant credentialing experience.
- Good communication, organizational and documentation skills.
