Credit Controller / Cash Management & Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

Premier Housewares is seeking an organised and detail‑focused Credit Controller / Cash Management & Accounts Receivable Officer to join its Finance team. You will manage daily customer payments across multiple channels and ensure accurate posting in SAP Business One.

Key responsibilities

• Process and allocate customer receipts in SAP Business One.
• Monitor HSBC, PayPal and Sage/Opayo payments and maintain the SharePoint cashbook.
• Review customer credit positions, release orders and proforma invoices when payments are received.
• Contact customers regarding overdue balances, credit‑limit issues and resolve account queries.
• Perform daily and month‑end bank, SAP and cashbook reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good reconciliation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English with confident telephone and email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy finance environment.
• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or cash management is preferred.
