Customer Care Specialist (US Clients)

About the role

ABS International, a US principal established in 2009 with over 200 professionals, is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Karachi to manage communication with its existing US-based client base. The role suits someone who has already worked in a call center or international customer service environment and knows professional phone communication; training on the basics is not provided. It is a permanent, full-time position with a fixed 6 PM to 2 AM shift, fully on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage follow-up communication with existing US clients
• Handle post-sale queries and assist with onboarding questions
• Complete service documentation
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, BPO or international customer service environment
• Fluent spoken and written English, as live conversations with US customers are handled every shift
• Patient, composed and solution-oriented
• High school diploma is sufficient; university students currently studying are also welcome
• Full availability Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, fully on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi
