Customer Complaint Handling Specialist

About the role

An established UK-based international campaign is hiring Customer Complaint Handling Specialists in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The position involves handling complaints and service-related issues from UK customers by phone, on an afternoon shift five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers about complaints and service issues.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and understand the root cause of complaints.
• Resolve issues professionally and within company guidelines, giving accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• De-escalate difficult situations and treat dissatisfied customers with patience.
• Record complaints, keep accurate call notes and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved complaints to the relevant department.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and UK campaign procedures.

Required profile

• Clear, fluent and professional English listening and speaking; a clear UK/British accent is highly preferred.
• Matric, Intermediate or Bachelor's qualification; flexibility given to candidates with strong English communication.
• Excellent customer-handling, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with strong confidence and professional communication.
• Previous UK/international campaign or call center experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of UK areas, cities, regions and postcodes is an advantage.
• Willingness to work according to UK business hours.
