Outbound Appointment Setter (B2B VA Sales)

About the role

Cloud Rexpo, a group of companies offering IT solutions, staff augmentation and Virtual Assistant (VA) services in the US and Canada, is looking for a B2B Appointment Setter. The role generates qualified leads by contacting businesses and pitching VA services, and sets up Zoom meetings for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Work on leads targeting B2B clients in the US and Canada markets.
• Pitch the company's Virtual Assistant services to business owners.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to convert them into appointments.
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth lead handover.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to find competitive advantages.

Required profile

• Any experience in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills, preferably from O-Level/A-Level backgrounds, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 80,000 to 120,000.
• Sign-up bonuses of PKR 25K, 35K and 50K, and PKR 10,000 for meeting monthly KPIs.
