Customer Development Executive

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a professional and customer‑focused Customer Development Executive to join its growing team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address enquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and service objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in customer support, call centre, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
