Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

About the role

Wonder Craftz is an AI‑powered platform that connects buyers, investors, contractors and property professionals with digital solutions for construction and real estate. As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) you will be the first point of contact, helping prospects understand the platform’s features and converting interest into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email or social media.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Explain platform features, AI tools and service packages clearly to prospects.
• Qualify buyers, investors and contractors and close sales to meet assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Upsell or cross‑sell additional services when appropriate.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights.
• Support product platform promotions and campaigns.

Required profile

• Fresher to 6 months experience in sales, customer service or real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, target‑oriented attitude.
• Quick learner who can adapt to AI‑driven tools.
• Available for morning shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday‑Saturday).
• Willing to work onsite in Lahore (near Expo Johar Town).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Monthly salary between PKR 35,000 and PKR 45,000.
