Customer Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative will join Country Club Travels’ Karachi team to help clients plan and book memorable travel experiences. Working on‑site full‑time, you will engage directly with customers, understand their travel needs and propose tailored packages that combine transportation, accommodation, tours and dining.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person to assess travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Create, modify and manage bookings and detailed itineraries using the company’s reservation systems.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
• Upsell additional travel services such as upgrades, excursions and exclusive experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in travel, tourism, business or a related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM software or travel‑booking platforms.
