Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for confident, motivated, and customer‑focused Sales Representatives to join our team in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, primarily for FE and MVA campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and communicate relevant products or services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the relevant systems.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months of call centre experience.
• Previous experience in inbound or outbound voice campaigns.
• Strong spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call centre systems.
