Customer Sales Representative

About the role

PVC Custom Patches, a global supplier of custom embroidery, iron-on, chenille and PVC patches, is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative in Lahore. The role manages incoming inquiries, explains product options, pricing and order specifications, and guides customers through the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and process orders
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams and ensure timely delivery updates
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system and follow up on leads
• Resolve customer issues and support promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
• Meet sales targets and work collaboratively with colleagues

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills, able to explain product features and pricing clearly
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience managing leads, closing deals and reaching sales targets
• Attention to detail and organisational skills to handle multiple orders and keep accurate documentation
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma; a college degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
• Retail, customer support or sales experience (textiles, apparel or printing) is an advantage
