Customer Sales Representative (Outbound Telesales)

About the role

Scaleup Connect is hiring a full-time Customer Sales Representative (CSR) in DHA Phase 3, Lahore, to handle outbound sales. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and suits someone with 1-2 years of experience who speaks excellent English and has a strong persuasion style. UK market experience is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify and develop relevant sales opportunities.
• Communicate confidently and persuasively with prospects.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections and customer queries professionally.
• Use effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
• Coordinate with the sales team and stay productive during UK business hours.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience in outbound telesales, B2B sales or call center sales.
• UK market or UK sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls; target-oriented, motivated and resilient.
