About the role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and preferably hands‑on experience in SaaS product sales.
Key responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Present and explain SaaS products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and record customer and sales information accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS product sales (required/preferred).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer‑handling skills.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and willing to work on‑site in Peshawar or Islamabad.
