About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our on‑site team in Lahore. The role is full‑time and operates during the night shift, focusing on delivering personalized support and building loyalty with our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide clear, accurate information and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Document customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and service standards.
- Support operational tasks related to night‑shift activities.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working night‑shift hours.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
