Customer Service Professional

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Service Professional to handle real‑time interactions with US‑based customers. You will resolve queries, manage follow‑ups and ensure each conversation ends positively. The role operates on a night shift to align with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and document interactions in a US CRM system.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English suitable for US customers.
• Patient, composed and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Available to work Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM – 2 AM.
• Ability to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14, Karachi for on‑site work.
• Experience in customer support, call centre or BPO is preferred, but freshers with excellent English are welcome.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with a live US CRM environment).

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time employment with a stable payroll.
• Base salary PKR 40,000‑50,000 plus performance incentive and attendance bonus, up to PKR 65,000 per month.
