Customer Service Representative - Medical Billing Support

About the role

OctaMD is a medical billing solutions provider that helps healthcare practices optimise their revenue cycle and operations, offering services such as medical coding, claim submission, denial management, A/R follow-up, payment posting, patient scheduling, eligibility and benefits verification, authorisations and charge creation. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative based in Johar Town to handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries about medical billing services, account status and service usage.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses
• Resolve issues and guide clients through processes such as claim submissions and scheduling
• Document interactions in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
• Collaborate with billing, coding and operations teams to investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Follow up on pending requests and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Demonstrated customer support and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain and improve customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-oriented interactions
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical billing or a related service environment is beneficial
• Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education in business, healthcare administration or a related field is a plus

• Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and basic office software
