Customer Service Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on the College Road campus in Lahore. The role operates on a night shift (5 pm – 2 am PKT) and serves as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers, ensuring high satisfaction through prompt and professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, following up to confirm resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in the CRM system.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with precision.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.
• Handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Strong phone handling and active listening abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solving skills.
