About the role
We are seeking energetic and confident Call Center Agents to handle inbound calls for a US‑based insurance campaign. The position operates during night hours and offers an opportunity for fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals to develop their customer service skills.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound insurance‑related calls from US customers.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records as required.
- Adhere to the scheduled night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and weekend off policy.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Confidence and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends off.
- Freshers are welcome; prior call‑center experience is a plus.
